Winter has come and gone and with it, the layers of clothes that you have to squeeze into are also shed so that it would seem like you lost some weight. Your pants seem loose and so you think that you didn't gain so much weight during the winter. Your friends even think that you look smaller.
But wait until you try on your spring and summer tops and you realize that you look like a wrap or the buttons on your shirt are on the verge of popping out! Then you confirm your worst fears when you stepped on the scale, the whopping weight gain mocking you.
You want to scream but all you can do is blame yourself for not being being conscious enough. Hey, you have been binging during the holiday festivities! There's no one else to blame.
Now you are in a frantic search for a 7 day weight loss pill, hoping that it will work wonders. You vow to eat less and move more. You take care of your schedule and see to it that you get to hit the fitness studio at least twice a week. Hopefully, if all goes well as planned, you'll soon be able to fit into your old clothes. Soon, you won't have to pant so heavily like a dog each time you go up or down a flight of stairs.
