Time To See A Dentist

Did you know that it is necessary to see a dentist on a regular basis, especially if you are a breastfeeding mother? This is to ensure that you receive the proper dental care since breastfeeding can cause increased bone loss in the mother. How is this so? This happens when the nursing mother has a low calcium intake. Most of the Calcium will of course go to the baby through the breast milk and only a little or no Calcium is left for the mother. Although breast milk is essential for the bone development of the baby, the mother must also ensure that she has enough Calcium in her body to prevent bone loss in her mouth.

Although I am no longer breastfeeding, I know that I still need to see a dentist. If I could just find someone who speaks English and offers the services like that of a charlotte dentist, that would be great! I have been having symptoms of loose teeth a few months back. And I sometimes see blood when I brush my teeth and feel my gums become sore. It has also been a while since I had an oral prophylaxis so I also need to have my teeth and gums cleaned the soonest possible time.
