Staying Fit

I must admit, I like to look at people who look well-proportioned and lean. This is most probably because I don't look so good myself. I've tried my very best to lose weight by limiting my rice intake and exercising but I just can't get myself into sweating it out at the fitness studion on a regular basis because I just have so much in my hands right now.

It would have been easier if I could take the fitness studio home with me. Even my hubby is thinking of getting a dip station so that he can also exercise when he feels like it. I've been hearing lots of good things about this gadget because it helps build muscles, burn fat and improve stamina and performance. We can even take it anywhere because there is a portable one.

I actually have a lot of other options if I really put my mind to it. I could purchase instructional DVDs for various workouts: aerobics, cardio routines, pilates and yoga, even dance workouts like zumba or belly dancing. I could also choose to use the stairs instead of the elevators and walk or learn how to ride a bike as I make my way around the university or even jog on my free time. With all these options, I know all that I really need to do is manage my time and set a goal. Everything else will follow. More or less.

I have a LOT of options, I just don't have the discipline to exercise. I need it, and I hope to convince myself soon. Sayang naman ang diet.

Those are very good alternatives to going to the gym. Take a page from Nike and Just Do It! You'll soon find the time to exercise.

Hirap magdiet or maglose ng weight. As for me, siguro kasi old age na din kaya slower metabolism. :( pero I believe, nasa determination talaga. :)
