How About A Tummy Tuck?

I have always wanted to achieve a flat tummy and some, if not great, abs. I used to go through the lengths of exercising and playing badminton regularly to shed some unwanted fat and weight. There was a time when I was successful in doing so! But being so occupied with so many things lately, I never had the time and found myself having a big tummy and a little less self-confidence in the way I look. Even shopping for new clothes has become such a chore!

So I have only got two options: exercise again and follow a strict diet OR tummy tuck surgery.

I have made some research about how this surgery goes and found MYA Cosmetic Surgery on the net. The procedure itself is simple enough. A tummy tuck or abdominoplasty as it is medically known, involves the removal of excess fatty tissues and excess skin on the abdomen. The procedure, with the patient under general anesthesia, can take a little over an hour for mini tucks or 3 hours of so for full tummy tucks.

The good thing about MYA is that it does not force it's clients to undergo a tummy tuck. The word here is VOLUNTARY. They first give the client all the details and information that they need regarding the procedure so that they can make a well-thought choice. Clients can even have a free consultation if they want. And should a client decide to go for it, a highly skilled surgeon will perform it.

So, will I go for a tummy tuck? Hmmm... Honestly, I don't know yet. Will have to give the exercise and diet a chance first. Who knows, I could achieve a flat tummy without going through surgery. Oh well, wish me luck!
