TCP#51: Mamma Mia

Hello Couchers! Welcome to the August 10th edition of Tuesday Couch Potatoes where we post about a movie each week. I hope you enjoyed last week's theme, Korean Dramas. I enjoyed reading your entries although I haven't got time to comment on them yet. Just want to say THANK YOU for joining us last week. Thanks to you all, I now have a long list of Korean dramas that I will be watching on weekends or on days when my little girl is asleep and I have nothing better to do.


And now for this week's theme: It's A Greek Thing. I have seen a number of movies with a Greek theme or setting and found myself enjoying them. One movie that I so enjoy watching with my little girl is Mamma Mia. I know that I have already featured this movie in a previous TCP entry but I can't help featuring it again here. The setting is perfect, the actors were great, the plot and the script was funny and heartwarming, and the songs just took me away! The story showed a glimpse of how Greek weddings are like: filled with merriment and celebration and it would seem that the whole town is invited.

    I don't really love this movie but it's okay. I was expecting too much of this movie because of the big casting. Well, they are okay though.

    Btw mommy kamz, i missed last week TCP kasi busy sa birthday nga nakin ko eh hehehe. Mine is here

    natatandaan ko ito. pinalabas na ito dito sis di ko lang sure kung last year or the other year pa pero hindi ko pinansin. sayang naman. thanks for sharing. download ako nito.

    everyone I know who have been to see this movie say that it is worth watching and very entertaining. Sadly, I still haven't seen it until now! :( Maybe one time this week I should find a streaming video or download it and finally watch!
