A Valentine Birthday

Last Sunday was of course Valentine's Day. One of our Nanays here in Germany happened to celebrate her birthday on that day too so that instead of dining out, we went to her place to celebrate her birthday with her.

Me and my adoptive aunts... Hehe!

Nanay Cata, showing off her big smile after praying the Rosary.

It was a fun filled evening. We started the celebration praying the rosary in thanksgiving for all the graces she received and for allowing her to live at her age. Then, we had karaoke and had dinner. Lots of yummy Pinoy dishes were served, and my little one had lots of fun with her pretty ates.

Madeleine, Samantha, and Carmina. The pretty little girls
that made Valentine's Day even more special.

A toast to a healthy and happy life!

Hearing the laughter and smiles of our friends as we celebrated love and life makes me feel warm inside. It was snowing heavily that evening but it did not keep us from glowing. Indeed, the warmth of friendship can always ward off even the coldest of nights.

  2. Looks like a blast. Sam is so pretty. I'm still tweaking the blog. I got a tutorial from kevinandamanda.com. As for the mommy moments entry, I bought that clipping mask on sale.
